Class starts at 6.45pm and runs until 8.15pm. There will be six classes, 3 in October and 3 in November. We will use practices from Womb and Fertility Yoga in addition to selected Kundalini kriyas and meditations. 

From 5.45pm to 6.45pm there is an additional destressing hour where we will explore different non-yogic techniques to help calm the body and mind, release stress and allow hormones to rebalance naturally, or you can just come and lie down and relax for that hour before yoga if you prefer. 

You can attend both parts or attend just for yoga at 6.45pm. 

Payment plans are available if needed so you can pay in 2 or 3 monthly instalments, just drop me an email!
